I am the founding partner of Wynn at Law, LLC and an active attorney practicing bankruptcy, collection, creditor/debtor, real estate, and litigation. I was born and raised in Walworth County. I graduated as Valedictorian from Big Foot Union High School. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University with the highest honors, I continued my educational pursuits at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
After graduating with honors from Marquette University Law School, I opened my law practice in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Growing up and working professionally in the same area gives me a unique understanding of my Walworth County clients’ needs, concerns, and goals. I find this to be a wonderful opportunity to help people in the local community as they encounter difficult or confusing times in their lives.
I joined Wynn at Law, LLC in 2015 to represent clients from my community as they encounter difficult, stressful, and confusing times. I previously practiced law in Iowa for a few years, before returning to Walworth County, where I live today with my husband and two daughters.
I was born here, raised here, and graduated from Big Foot Union High School. I went on to receive my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2007, and then graduated from Drake University School of Law in 2011. I am committed to providing legal support to members of my community. I concentrate my practice primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law.
Alondra Castaneda has been a paralegal for Wynn at Law, LLC, since May of 2018. Alondra thoroughly reviews each new file that comes into the office and drafts legal documents under the supervision of the attorneys.
Alondra earned her paralegal certificate from Madison Area Technical College and her Bilingual legal Terminology License in Spanish. Part of her unique worldview stems from her years in school, and not only does she love what she does, but she’s also very good at it. While paralegals do not directly advise clients, Alondra enjoys observing and learning from Attorneys Wynn and Wilson. She particularly appreciates the puzzles that each new case presents and watching how the attorneys provide solutions to legal situations and assist clients.
“Working with Attorney Shannon Wynn was truly a great experience. She and her firm were extremely professional in handling both of our Closings in the same day. Her firm took care of all of the details and made our lives much easier. Shannon was calm at all times with a great sense of humor. Something that really helped us when our Finance Company did a major pivot on us in the 11th hour. But Shannon was a true Pro through it all and kept our ship on course. I would highly recommend her and her firm for all of your real estate law needs. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Shannon is very organized, easy to work with, and dependable. She handled our bankruptcy and it was a very stressful time. She helped us through every step and had infinite patience with us. We would recommend her highly. You won’t find a more compassionate and hard working lawyer out there.
